These treasure maps will trigger special scavenger hunts in your Quest Log that will help you navigate your way to the diagrams required to craft the corresponding sets.
You can purchase all the shells and sea shells from the merchant in Hierach Sqaure in Novigrad. However, if you've just started the game, upon reaching Velen, head north and swim or take a boat to Novigrad.
